Your baby is growing up so quickly. Every day they seem to learn something new - a first laugh, to roll over, to sit up or stand. It’s so exciting watching them navigate the world around them and with so many ‘firsts’ happening, it’s the perfect time to capture their personalities as they develop.

 

I love to capture these moments in my birthday/milestone sessions. These are available at regular intervals, 3 months when baby can smile, at 6 months when they can sit up, 9 months when they are crawling and are on the move, and every birthday each year.

 

On the day of the shoot, you’ll be invited to my cosy garden studio for a 45 minute session (this tends to be the perfect amount of time for your littles one before they've had enough). I’ll then create a personalised session based on their age with appropriate props based on their development stage. This could be anything from a beanbag for a 3 month old to lie on, a bed for a sitting child or some natural-looking wooden toys for an older child to play with.

 

My style is very natural and relaxed so I’ll gently manoeuvre them into various positions . They might be lying on their back, or on their tummy, sitting up or crawling. I’ll do everything I can to entice them to show me those gorgeous little smiles and I’ll encourage the older ones to sing and dance to help bring out their personalities.
