Beat The January Blues in Warwickshire and Leicestershire

Updated: Jan 4

Nothing quite deflates you in the same way January can! Once ‘Christmas’ is back in the loft and the children are back at school, the weeks can stretch out in front of you like grey fog.

Worry not though, I’ve pulled together a little list of all of the mood-boosting activities you can indulge in this January in Warwickshire and Leicestershire

Kids and adults love the Pantomime!

Jack and the Beanstalk is on at The Belgrade Theatre in Coventry until 7th Jan with tickets starting from just £15!

I took my son just after Christmas and we absolutely loved it! The Panto is a fab way to have a

fun, colourful, family time when everywhere else is dull!

Bike rides are fun adventures for kids, if you haven’t got bikes then why not rent one out for the day at Kingsbury water park, Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, they can also enjoy the park too.

How about planning to grow your own veg. This is a really inexpensive task which children absolutely love and there are tons of veg you can sow in January. The thought of nurturing something is really uplifting too!

Plan a walk with lots of beauty spots!

Why not even do a nature treasure hunt?

There are so many gorgeous parks to walk around;

Visit Bradgate Park | The Bradgate Park & Swithland Wood Charity - Newton Linford, Leicestershire
